I combine knowledge of the autonomic nervous system, touch therapies, and prenatal and perinatal somatic healing when working to heal earliest trauma. We have found that interruptions in natural development of babies may create issues in feeling unsafe, turning on survival physiology. Often these issues are passed down through families. What does Early Trauma look like:

About Prenatal and Perinatal Healing:
The pre- and perinatal period includes the time before conception, pregnancy, birth and the first year of life. Many aspects of health come into play. Recent findings in cell biology, neuroscience and epigenetics emphasize that our being is influenced by our ancestors experiences, our mother's experience when we were in-utero, our birth and bonding and attachment with our caregivers. These early and ancestral experiences can influence our genetic code and create implicit memories that in turn, influence our perceptions and experiences today. Health and healing in these domains can be divided into prevention and treatment. We offer program that support both approaches.
Most importantly, programs and therapies at the Center seek to support positive healthy imprints from the primal period, embodying the "yes" in the answers to these questions:
These questions and more describe what people need for optimal health.

- Am I safe?
- Am I wanted?
- Am I welcome?
- Am I loveable?
- Do I belong?
- Am I protected?
- Am I seen, felt and heard?
These questions and more describe what people need for optimal health.
We work to address all your layers of experience, starting from preconception where genetics and epigenetics may play a role in the present. How we are conceived, especially if we are intentionally prepared for or not, is another layer. If we are not a wanted spirit in this life, then that can be a early layer. We come into relationship with our parents and the lineages, and we think and feel the difficulty is about us when it was there before we arrived. There are also deep mysteries that happen during pregnancy. Our prenatal lives are rich, with development of organs and nervous systems. Earliest layers of neurodevelopment happen here. If there is difficulty here, it may not show up until we are young adults. Birth impacts every gene in our body, and then we build relationships with our parents and families as the outside baby. If there was birth trauma, separation at birth, relinquishment, illnesses and challenges in our environment here, it can all play a role in how we feel about ourselves today and what our bodies do. It is never too late to address earliest trauma. That is what we do here.
